Over the route you cover a lot of ground, but also a lot of airspace regions, of which are called FIR's or 'Flight Information Regions'. But this was a four and a half hour flight and although the images out of the cockpit windows were quite spectacular at times, it was otherwise quite quiet in the cockpit.
